Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

We are committed to doing everything we can to satisfying our customers fully. However, we do recognize that on some occasions a customer will request a refund on the fees they have paid for our products or services. The circumstances for providing refunds and the amounts refunded are given below based on our different products and services.

HIPAA SP3
|
We cannot provide 100% refunds for purchases of the HIPAA SP3. Since we provide the documents contained in the HIPAA SP3 in softcopy format, there is no way for us to guarentee that they will not continue to be used if we were to refund the full purchase price. We have done everything possible to make the documents easy to use. We will provide whatever support is required during the support period to assist you in understanding the document contents. If after working with customer support, you are not fully satisfied with the product, we will provide a partial refund of your purchase price. The amount of the refund will be no more than 50% of the purchase price, but may be less depending on the reason for your disatisfaction. Refunds will only be provided if they are requested in writing within six (6) months of the purchase date.

Security Consulting Services

We take great pride in our work and perform every project with the utmost professionalism. If you are unsatisfied with any security consulting services we provide, please tell us immediately and we will do everything we can to correct the problem. If you are still not satisfied after our correction efforts, we will provide a refund for up to 50% of the total price charged for the services rendered. Refunds will only be provided if they are requested in writing within six (6) months of the date the services were originally performed.
